01. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how personal information is used on the POSSIBLD. Production website and when you contact us about a project. For privacy enquiries and requests, contact info@possibld.com.

02. Information you provide

When you submit a brief, we receive your name, email address, company name if supplied, selected service and the message you write. When you email us or arrange a call, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to share.

Please share only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or information about other people without authority.

03. How and why we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, discuss the brief, arrange meetings, prepare proposals and manage any project you agree with us.

Where the GDPR applies, processing needed to respond to a requested proposal or perform an agreement is based on Article 6(1)(b). General business correspondence and maintaining a secure website may be based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Records required by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

04. Contact form and booking services

The website form uses FormSubmit to forward your submission to our inbox. The service receives the information in the form and technical request data. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; copies delivered to our email inbox are managed separately.

Schedule a call links open an external Calendly booking page. Information entered there is handled by Calendly under its Privacy Notice. Booking is optional; you can contact us by email instead.

05. Website delivery and third-party content

Hosting and content providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested URLs when they deliver the website. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and content from Framer. The homepage also includes Framer visitor measurement code. These external services may process technical and usage information under their own policies.

Third-party websites, including booking pages, may use their own cookies or similar technologies. This policy does not replace their notices or preference controls.

06. Recipients and international processing

Information may be accessed by the people handling your enquiry and by providers supporting website delivery, form submission, email or booking. We do not use submitted briefs to build advertising audiences or sell your contact details.

Some service providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. The location and transfer arrangements depend on the provider. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your enquiry.

07. How long information is kept

Enquiry and project correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and deal with relevant follow-up. Information subject to legal retention requirements is kept for the required period. Retention depends on the purpose, the status of the enquiry and applicable obligations; you can contact us to request deletion or details about your records.

08. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy of your information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where it is the legal basis. These rights have conditions and may be limited by legal obligations.
