01. About these terms

These terms apply to use of the POSSIBLD. Production website. The website presents our creative sourcing and production services and lets you send enquiries or arrange a conversation. Questions can be sent to info@possibld.com.

02. Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting a form, sending an email or booking a call does not itself create a production order or oblige either party to proceed. Scope, deliverables, prices, taxes, payment dates, timelines, revisions, approvals and cancellation arrangements are agreed separately in a written proposal or project agreement.

Where a signed project agreement differs from these website terms, that agreement governs the project. No payment is collected through this website.

03. Concepts and website information

Images labelled as concepts or illustrative visualisations show possible creative directions. They are not representations of completed client projects or promises that specific items, materials or finishes are currently available.

Production feasibility, minimum quantities, pricing and delivery times depend on the brief, suppliers and agreed specifications. Website descriptions do not replace a confirmed quotation.

04. Permitted use

You may browse the website and share links to its pages. Please do not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use the form for unsolicited bulk messages.

Only submit information and materials you are authorised to share. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in your enquiry.

05. Intellectual property

The branding, text, designs and images on this website are owned by POSSIBLD. Production or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence for commercial reuse.

Please request written permission before reproducing our brand materials or concepts commercially. Rights in project deliverables, source files and supplied materials are addressed in the separate project agreement.

06. External services and links

The website may link to external services, including Calendly, and uses third-party services to deliver contact forms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We do not control their availability or website content.

07. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care when maintaining the website, but information may change and access may be interrupted. Please confirm project-critical details directly before relying on them.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections where applicable. Responsibility for a commissioned project is governed by its written agreement and applicable law.
