What we make possible.

From a single object to a complete production brief, we shape the right solution around the idea.

Ideas made tangible / illustrative concept

Start with what you need. Or what you imagine.

There is no fixed menu of products. We bring concept, design, sourcing and production together to create physical things that mean something for your brand.

You can come to us with a precise specification, a goal without a product, or a reference that needs to become your own. We identify what should be made, explore how it could be made, and coordinate the steps that take it into the real world.

Five ways to begin.

Every service can stand on its own or become part of a wider brief.

01

Bespoke products.

A new object built around your idea.

We turn an ambition into a workable product direction: form, function, materials, finish and the details that make it feel distinct. From early concepts and material research to samples and production planning, the route is shaped around the brief.

For example A custom desk object for partners, a distinctive accessory for a launch or an unexpected product that carries a brand story.

Custom product development

Bespoke product development starts with the purpose of the object: who will use it, what it needs to do and how it should represent the brand. We explore shape, materials, colours, finishes and branding as one connected direction rather than separate decisions.

A reference, sketch or existing product can be a starting point. We help translate it into a brief for suitable makers, compare practical production options and coordinate samples before an agreed design moves into production.

Useful starting details

The intended use, approximate dimensions, preferred materials, branding references, rough quantity and delivery deadline.

02

Brand merchandise.

Objects people actually want to use.

We think beyond placing a logo on a standard item. The product, the audience and the way the brand appears all matter. We can develop a focused range, refine an existing idea or source one considered piece for a specific occasion.

For example Apparel and accessories for a team, useful conference merchandise or a small retail-style collection.

Custom branded merchandise

Brand merchandise can support a product launch, a team, a conference or an ongoing relationship with customers. Apparel, bags, bottles, notebooks and accessories work best when the selection fits the audience and the items make sense together.

We consider the product itself alongside the branding method, placement, colours, packaging and finish. Where appropriate, we compare adaptable existing products with more customised options so the range can fit the brief, quantity and budget.

Useful starting details

Your audience, brand assets, occasion, preferred product types, sizes where relevant, rough quantity and budget range.

03

Custom packaging & gifting.

A thoughtful experience, from first look to final detail.

A gift is more than the object inside. We consider the box, the unboxing sequence, the printed pieces and the way everything comes together. A simple idea can become a coherent moment without adding unnecessary complexity.

For example Partner gifting, employee welcome kits, press mailers or a limited-edition launch package.

Corporate gifts, welcome kits & custom packaging

Corporate gifting can bring several pieces into one thoughtful set: a product, an insert, a message and packaging that holds everything together. We develop employee welcome kits, partner gifts, launch boxes and press mailers around the recipient and the occasion.

Custom packaging includes practical decisions as well as appearance: the contents, protection, box format, materials, finishes and assembly. We consider how the set will be packed and delivered, with production and kitting requirements agreed for the project.

04

Events & experiences.

The details guests can hold onto.

We create physical touchpoints for gatherings, launches and conferences. Useful merchandise, badges, brochures, cards and attendee gifts can make an event feel more considered and give people something meaningful to take away.

For example A coordinated attendee kit with a badge, printed guide, useful object and gift packaging.

  • Event merchandise
  • Badges & print
  • Brochures & cards
  • Takeaway gifts

Conference merchandise & event print

Event materials connect the invitation, the arrival and what guests take home. We can coordinate branded badges, brochures, printed guides, business cards, useful merchandise and attendee gifts into a consistent set.

The focus is on physical items for your event rather than exhibition stand design. We help define the contents and quantities, check artwork and production requirements, and plan around the date when the materials need to be ready.

Useful starting details

05

Global sourcing & production.

Finding the right way to make it happen.

When the direction is clear, the practical questions matter: where to make it, which materials work, what the quantities allow and how the timeline fits. We research options, compare approaches, coordinate samples and manage the details through production and delivery.

For example Finding a more suitable material or maker for an existing concept, or coordinating a multi-part gift across different suppliers.

  • Supplier research
  • Quotes & options
  • Sampling
  • Quality & logistics

Product sourcing & production coordination

Global sourcing means researching suitable products, materials and makers for the brief, rather than limiting the answer to a single catalogue. We compare available routes in relation to specifications, quantities, cost, quality and timing.

Production coordination brings the decisions together: supplier questions, quotations, samples, agreed specifications and delivery planning. Options depend on the product and destination; any testing, documentation or import requirements should be clarified before production is confirmed.

Useful starting details

A specification or reference, current sourcing challenges, quantity, target budget, required checks, deadline and delivery destination.

In context / possibilities

More than a product list.

Physical brand experiences can support different moments: welcoming a new team member, introducing a product, meeting guests at a conference or thanking a client. We bring the objects, packaging and printed details together around the audience and the occasion.

Employee onboarding kits

A welcome kit can introduce your brand before a new colleague’s first day. Possible contents include a notebook, useful desk accessories, apparel and a welcome card, presented in coordinated packaging. We help define the set, adapt the branding, source suitable products and plan assembly and delivery. Share your onboarding schedule, approximate quantity, available sizes and delivery destinations.

Product launch and press kits

A launch kit can give a new product a physical introduction for journalists, creators, retailers or partners. Depending on the brief, it may combine the product or a sample, a printed story, selected merchandise and custom packaging. We develop the presentation and coordinate the production requirements. Product dimensions, intended recipients and the required arrival date guide the route.

Conference and event kits

A coordinated attendee or VIP kit brings badges, printed guides, useful merchandise and takeaway gifts into one consistent set. We help select the items, align artwork and quantities, and coordinate production around the event deadline. The scope covers physical event materials; venue management and exhibition stand construction are agreed separately if relevant.

Client and partner gifting

A gift can mark a new partnership, a milestone or a thank-you. We develop the selection around the recipient, budget and occasion, with packaging and personalised printed details where appropriate. Quantity, recipient locations and delivery requirements help determine suitable sourcing and fulfilment options.

Before we begin

A few practical questions.

Can we start without a finished product idea?

Yes. Bring the goal, audience and occasion, even if you have not chosen a product. We can help define the direction and explore product, merchandise or gifting options before moving into sourcing and production.

Can you work from an existing design or specification?

Yes. A specification, reference image, sketch or existing product can be the starting point. We review what is already defined and what still needs clarification, then agree whether the project needs design development, sourcing, production coordination or a combination.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no single minimum across all products. Quantities depend on the item, materials, customisation method and production partner. Share your approximate quantity so we can assess suitable options before a route is agreed.

What affects the cost of custom merchandise or gifting?

The product, materials, finish, branding method, quantity, packaging, sampling and delivery requirements all influence cost. A budget range helps us compare realistic directions. The scope and quotation are agreed for the individual project.

How long does sourcing and production take?

Timing depends on design development, supplier availability, sampling, approvals, production and shipping. Share the date when the items need to arrive, rather than only the event date, so the proposed route can be assessed against the deadline.

Can we review samples before production?

Sampling can be included where it is suitable for the product and production route. Sample costs, timing and the approval process should be agreed in the project scope. Changes after approval can affect both the budget and schedule.

Can one brief include products, packaging and printed materials?

Yes. A welcome kit, partner gift or event set can combine merchandise, packaging, inserts, badges or brochures. We consider the pieces together so their appearance, quantities, assembly and delivery requirements are coordinated.

Can you source internationally and coordinate delivery?

We research production options across locations and plan delivery around the agreed destination. Available routes, freight, customs and documentation depend on the project. Responsibilities and any additional requirements should be confirmed in the quotation.

What should we include in our first brief?

Share the objective, audience, occasion, approximate quantity, budget range, deadline and delivery destination. Add brand assets, references or specifications if you have them. You can also start with what you know and clarify the remaining details together.

Are the images on the website completed client projects?

The images labelled as concepts are illustrative visualisations, not completed client projects or a stock catalogue. They show possible directions. Your project is developed around its own brief, with feasibility, materials and production details assessed separately.
